Made up of 12 commercial brokers within Greenville and Spartanburg, our Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine team is small but mighty. In 2018, they sold 236,132 square feet, leased 159,842 square feet in new leases, renewed 89,718 square feet, and sold 185 acres adding to the Caine Company’s total GCI of $23,998,588.
As the Upstate continues to grow and change, our Spartanburg and Greenville commercial teams get a front row seat to the action by playing a part in many developments throughout town. Projects such as Westone and 10 Toy Street in Greenville and the Magnolia Street Pub and our own new office in Spartanburg made 2018 a banner year.
Notably, at our Annual Awards Show on February 22, we recognized our top three producers of 2018. David Sigmon was given the honor of our number one producer, with Pete Brett as number two and Tim Satterfield as number three.
Among our special recognition awards, the Caine Halter Award was given to Sammy DuBose. This award, created in 2009, recognizes an individual who is not only a successful producer but a leader in the real estate profession and the Upstate community. Sammy DuBose, who has faithfully served Coldwell Banker Caine for over 30 years, was also recognized as the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors 2018 Caine Halter Commercial Realtor® of the Year.
