Stephen Edgerton is the CEO of The Caine Companies, a real estate brokerage and development company that includes Coldwell Banker Caine as well as a portfolio of real estate, property management, and insurance divisions. More than 15 years ago, Edgerton joined Caine as Chief Operating Officer and began evolving the then 75-year-old firm. Today the 90-year-old organization is known for its innovative business practices, its hundreds of top-performing real estate professionals, and its focus on ensuring the Upstate is a thriving home to exceptional arts, education and health.
As a past Chair of the Coldwell Banker Large Office Group, past Chairman of the Board for Metro Greenville YMCA, a current board member for Artisphere and The United Way of Greenville County and a long-time route volunteer with Meals on Wheels, Edgerton’s involvement and impact reaches far beyond the workplace. From his role as a leading real estate executive to his proven dedication to civic engagement, Edgerton’s work in and for Upstate communities continues to reflect his deep, personal commitment to the power of home.
Brad Halter is Chairman of the Caine Company, which operates both Coldwell Banker Caine and KDS Caine. He is involved in the strategic direction of the company and leads community outreach and business development initiatives for the firm. A third-generation Realtor, Brad has experience in residential sales and management, commercial sales, leasing, management and new home construction. He is a former director of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, past president of the Multiple Listing Service and past Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee.
Active in the Upstate community, Brad is a past member of the Board of Governors for the Greenville Chamber of Commerce, has served two terms on the City of Greenville′s Board of Zoning Appeals, and eight years on the Board of VisitGreenvilleSC. He is past President and sits on the Board for the Cancer Society of Greenville County and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Brad has appeared in Greenville Magazine′s Annual “50 Most Influential People″ numerous times.

As Vice President and Broker in Charge of Coldwell Banker Caine in Spartanburg and Spartanburg Market Executive for KDS Caine, Angela considers it a privilege to help agents reach their full potential in real estate and in life.
In her previous 22-year career at Milliken & Co, she held a variety of positions – including roles in sales and marketing, which eventually led to her position as the Global Sales Process Leader for her division. Her experience in training and guidance for sales teams around the world directly translates into her role as a broker today. As a support system for the agents, she challenges them to find innovative ways to grow their business. Beginning her real estate career as a commercial sales agent, she has now found her calling as a residential broker in charge at Caine.
As a Greenville native with over 25 years of experience in relocation at Coldwell Banker Caine, Caroline Schroder is the premier authority on quality of life in the Upstate of South Carolina. Her passion, commitment, knowledge and attention to detail create an unforgettable relocation experience.
Having raised three children in the public schools in Greenville and having placed countless families in various schools across Greenville County, Caroline’s insight, knowledge, and connection with all aspects of area schools brings transferees invaluable information and advantages. Community involvement is a key component of Caroline’s daily life. Her passion for helping to create the best community shows in her involvement of giving back. With more than 35 years of experience in real estate, development, and design/build, Jennifer has built her career on expertise in marketing, business development, and operations.
