09 Aug Summer Celebration at Coldwell Banker Caine
Today we celebrated summer at the Commerce Club in Downtown Greenville with Budge Huskey of Coldwell Banker as our featured speaker.
Budge spoke to the real estate market citing several positive signs of an upward trend including:
- 11 straight months of improving unit performance
- 4 consecutive months of positive price trending
- New home sales up 16% year over year in June
It’s clear that we’re moving towards a new phase of the market – where units and price are increasing and inventory is decreasing.

And today, aside from the trends of the market, Budge’s message to our residential agents was that it’s time to re-focus on how can we change the business of real estate to be relevant to a new generation of consumers and provide them the best possible experiences on the road to buying or selling.It’s been a great first half of 2012 for Coldwell Banker Caine and we expect nothing less for the remainder of the year!
