Coldwell Banker Caine’s Jon Ferguson was recently named to Coldwell Banker’s 30 Under 30 List. This annual list highlights leaders in the next generation of real estate professionals throughout the global Coldwell Banker network of more than 3,000 agents in 44 countries.
The 30 Under 30 members are an esteemed group of top agents, managers, brokers, and staff who act as ambassadors for the brand. The nominees were judged on a range of metrics including production, niche markets, innovation, community involvement, and leadership qualities.
As an agent at Coldwell Banker Caine since 2017, Jon has been in the real estate industry for six years. In his two years at Caine, Jon has achieved 60 percent volume growth and 43 percent unit growth year over year. Through using new technology and consistently nurturing his clients, he has become a trusted real estate professional in the Upstate South Carolina market. In 2018, Jon received the International Diamond Society recognition, which is awarded to the top 15 percent of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide.
