Top Producing Associates of 2017 Recognized at Caine Company Annual Awards Celebration

Last evening, Coldwell Banker Caine honored its top producing residential and commercial real estate agents and brokers at the company’s annual awards celebration, held this year at Avenue on East Court Street in downtown Greenville. The company recognized nearly 90 agents and brokers across the Upstate for their performance not only locally, but also internationally within the Coldwell Banker network during fiscal year 2017.

“With the highest per-person productivity in the Upstate, our Caine agents are extremely dedicated and hard working,” said Stephen Edgerton, President and CEO of Coldwell Banker Caine. “The chance to honor them at our Annual Meeting is something we always look forward to, and this year may have been the best yet. We had an extremely successful 2017, and we look forward to continuing to build momentum in 2018.”

Top producing agents were determined using a calculation based on sales volume and sales units. Jacob Mann was the No. 1 Top Producing Agent in Coldwell Banker Caine for 2017, both in terms of sales volume and sales units.
