Tim Rankin Joins Coldwell Banker Caine in Greenville

Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Tim Rankin to its Greenville office as a residential agent. An Upstate native, Tim has lived in the area his entire life and has always been drawn to the welcoming community.

Real estate has always been a dream of Tim’s and after recently going through the home transaction process, he finally answered the call. Tim works tirelessly for his clients, helping them feel seen and heard from the initial meeting to the closing table. He understands that each client has a unique set of needs and adapts to help them find the right home solutions.
