29 Aug CB Caine Summer Recap
Summer was a busy season for all of us here at Coldwell Banker Caine – here are a few of our favorite moments!
Celebrating our staff with Appreciation Relaxation
Our staff always takes care of us with a smile and keeps the wind in our sails on the toughest days! We celebrated their work with a delicious breakfast, coffee bar, treats, and live music. Two of our agents even serenaded the staff with an original duet, thanking them for all they do! Throughout the day, our staff took a moment away from their desks to relax with a chair massage from local massage therapists in our office. We’re so grateful for all they do! | Photos
Spartanburg hosts local artist Catherine Drennan Querin
In May, we were thrilled to host an artist reception where the public was invited to meet local Upstate artist Catherine Drennan Querin and view her work. Querin’s work is inspired by nature, music, and her own observations of daily life. Starting with sketches or brainstorming ideas, Querin’s finished pieces are known for their vibrancy and rich colors. Showcasing artists like Querin is part of our ongoing Caine Cares initiative to support the arts community in the Upstate. | Photos
CB Caine invites furry friends for Pups & Pops
A tail-wagging good time, our agents and their favorite four-legged coworkers stopped by our Greenville and Spartanburg offices to enjoy popsicles, pretzels, and more in celebration of National Bring Your Pet to Work Day! Humans and pups alike nibbled on delicious treats and got more familiar with those in our Caine family pack. With so many good boys and girls, our annual yappy hour couldn’t have been more purr-fect!
Getting ready for Summer Games with a gold-medal event
For this year’s summer social, we brought our Olympic-spirit to a Summer Games themed “Ring Fling” event at our Greenville office. Kicking off the Olympics with activities of our own, our agents and staff enjoyed live music, locally made ice cream, and going for gold with yard games on the patio. Anytime we can get together is a time for celebration! | Photos
Coldwell Banker Caine sends kids back to school prepared
Here at CB Caine, supporting our community means sending kids to school with the tools they need to thrive. This year, we filled backpacks with school supplies for Greenville County’s School Tools, Spartanburg’s Stuff the Bus program, and supported Anderson’s Weekend SnackPack initiative. Equipped with dozens of pencils, paper, folders, crayons, notebooks, and more, we can’t wait to see how kids in the Upstate achieve their dreams through learning this year.
Building affordable housing in Spartanburg
The Caine crew fastened our tool belts and picked up power tools for a Habitat Build led by one of our own, Cindy Bass Searfoss. Together we supported Habitat for Humanity in their mission to bring affordable housing to the Upstate. We’re proud to continually partner with this organization and firmly stand behind their passion for change in our community. Thank you, Cindy, for getting our Caine family together for this build!
Great Southern Homes opens three new communities
Great Southern Homes celebrated three new community grand openings at Shiloh Trail, Brownstone Park, and Fountainbrook this summer! Attendees enjoyed delicious food and beverages, prizes, giveaways, and more. It’s exciting to see so many opportunities for our clients with quality new homes!
