President and CEO of the Caine Companies, Stephen Edgerton, named as one of 50 Most Influential People by Greenville Business Magazine in 2023
This esteemed honor is awarded by Greenville Business Magazine to celebrate the area’s leaders each year.
Edgerton joined Caine as Chief Operating Officer over 15 years ago and continues to evolve the growing firm. Having just celebrated our 90th year in real estate this past year, Coldwell Banker Caine is known for its innovative attitude, hundreds of high-caliber associates, and deep commitment to the community.
Edgerton’s professional influence reaches beyond the workplace. He is a past Chair of the Coldwell Banker Large Office Group, past Chairman of the Board for the Metro Greenville YMCA board, and currently serves on the boards of Artisphere and The United Way of Greenville County.
Thanks to Edgerton’s philanthropic leadership, the company’s Caine Cares program impacts the Upstate through initiatives focused on human services, animal welfare, arts, and health and wellness. These values are evident in Edgerton’s own life through his personal community service efforts, including delivering to the same Meals on Wheels route for more than 12 years.
