Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Richard Correa to its Greenville office. Richard was born and raised in Miami, where he and his family recently moved from in search of a fresh start.
Richard was initially drawn to real estate because of the ability to empower individuals and help them reach their goals. Richard is a firm believer that you can achieve anything as long as you are willing to put in the work. This is directly reflected in his perseverance and willingness to build his clientele from the ground up. His hope is to use his knowledge and dedication to help customers feel appreciated and taken care of. Richard prioritizes investing in his clients, ensuring that they are comfortable throughout the entire transaction process.
In his spare time, Richard enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Richard is passionate about learning and believes that we have something to learn from everyone we come in contact with.
