Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Rhett Baker as a residential agent to its Greenville office. Rhett has lived in the Upstate his entire life and loves the small town feel paired with the convenience and attractions that a larger city offers. He is proud to call Greenville his home and is excited to welcome new residents to the area and show them all of the exciting developments and businesses flocking to the area.
After working in a real state law office for several years and being intrigued by the transaction process, Rhett decided he wanted to get his real estate license. It is through networking with successful CB Caine agents and learning more about the industry, he began working as an assistant to Heidi Putnam who showed him the ins and outs of the business. Through working first as an assistant, he was able to discover his strengths and learn from some of the best agents in the Upstate.
Rhett’s favorite thing about real estate is how involved the process is and strives to make his clients feel confident and comfortable with all their decisions they make during the transaction process. Through diligent preparation, he helps make informed, data driven decisions and address all potential outcomes.
When not working with clients, Rhett enjoys golfing, Atlanta Braves baseball, and spending time with his family. He loves giving back to the community and is involved with Homes of Hope, which focuses on building affordable housing and extending homeownership to those in need. He is also passionate about youth development and is looking forward to finding ways to empower others alongside his business.
