04 Nov Peyton Roach Joins Coldwell Banker Caine in Greenville
Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Peyton Roach as a residential agent to its Greenville office. Peyton joined Caine as a recent graduate from Clemson University and with a family history in the industry. “My father was a realtor and I was originally planning to do something different with my career. However, my major in communications and minor in entrepreneurship—combined with the ability to serve others through my profession—drew me back to the field,” she said.
Peyton builds her mission around three qualities that describe her, or what she calls: “My Three R’s: Reliable, Relatable, and Responsive.” Her goal is to make her customers feel at ease in the same way she would expect to be served if the roles were reversed.
When not involved in her career, Peyton volunteers with Wildlife Rehab of Greenville, focusing on the rehabilitation and release of injured and orphaned wildlife in the state of South Carolina. She also enjoys playing golf and cheering on the Clemson Tigers.
