Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Lisa Vance as a residential sales agent to its Spartanburg office. Lisa joins Coldwell Banker Caine with real estate experience and success in multiple markets. When working at a firm in Atlanta, Georgia, she was awarded agent of the month five times. Her real estate experience, paired with her extensive background in hotel management, allows her to provide high-level service to a variety of clients.
Lisa has moved 13 times and lived in 10 different states. She relishes helping clients relocating to the area navigate the process of moving and finding their perfect home. With the goal of making a positive impact in the community, she enjoys taking part in the positive growth and change that is happening in Spartanburg. Lisa and her husband Michael have raised four children and now enjoy spending time with their three grandchildren.
