06 Aug Katie Barrera Joins Coldwell Banker Caine in Greenville
Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Katie Barrera as a Transaction Manager to its Greenville office. In this role, Katie works closely with Caine Controller, Sheila Hensley, and the accounting team to assist agents with their closings and contract entries.
Katie recently moved to the Upstate after living in Asheville for 10 years. A Coldwell Banker veteran, her first role with the brand was as a Relocation Coordinator where she developed a passion for helping agents succeed in growing their business. Katie’s long list of expertise include project management, agent services, and training and agent development.
In her spare time, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and their two sons. She loves traveling and experiencing new things. She jokes that she also loves gardening, but gardening does not necessarily like her.
