Great Southern Homes was recently recognized by Builder Magazine, coming in at no. 62 in the nation on the 2017 Builder 100 List and moving up 12 spots from their previous ranking. Additionally, Great Southern Homes ranked third out of the fastest growing private builders in the country.

With many companies reporting hundreds and even thousands more closings in 2016 than the year before, it was harder than ever to secure a spot on this prestigious list. The Builder 100 is comprised of a wide range of building firms, from affordable housing non-profits to multifamily builders to companies selling entry-level, move-up, and luxury single-family homes.

Marketed by Coldwell Banker Caine, Great Southern Homes offers six communities in the Upstate, Tucker Branch and Fountainbrook in Fountain Inn, Weatherstone and Victoria Park in Simpsonville, Wilson Farm in Duncan and Roland’s Crossing in Boiling Springs. Great Southern Homes builds green and smart homes ranging from $130,000’s- $400,000’s, and all are equipped with Honeywell’s “Tuxedo Touch” Home Automation Smart System. They also come with a Residential Energy Cost Guarantee for two years after purchase.
