Rising at the corner of East North Street and Chestnut Street, in the Overbrook Historic District, is Overbrook Village – home to eight new condos and three commercial retail spaces.

This mixed-use development is now underway, with the first condos expected to be move-in ready this Spring. Until then, we’re shining a spotlight on the development’s tenants, starting with C.O.R.E. Grow Strong.

Currently located in Downtown Greenville on Washington Street, C.O.R.E.’s new location will include a fitness studio, a fashion-forward athletic boutique, and a grab-and-go plant-based market. Class types include yoga, sculpt, pilates, barre and meditation; the boutique targets both men and women; and the market will feature juices and prepared food from local businesses. If you’re focused on health and wellness in 2021, this is truly your one-stop-shop.

C.O.R.E. has quickly made a name for itself in Greenville’s wellness and athleisure scene. And speaking of ‘making a name,’ C.O.R.E. stands for Confidence, Optimism, Resilience, and Energy – four values at the core of this mindful business.
