CoStar recently announced their Power Broker Quarterly Deals for Q1 of 2023. A transaction for 201 E. North Street in Greenville, led by Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine sales associate Sammy DuBose, was included among the Top Office Leasing Deals for the quarter.
