Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine and associate Sammy Dubose have recently been named CoStar Group Power Brokers in the Greenville and Spartanburg area for 2015.
CoStar is the largest professional research association serving the commercial real estate industry. Each year, CoStar tallies commercial real estate sales and lease transactions and honors firms and individuals achieving the highest volume of sales and leases in over 90 markets in the U.S. and Canada. All awards are based on transaction data in CoStar’s commercial real estate information database.
CoStar Group ranked Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine as a Top Leasing Firm and a Top Sales Firm in its 2015 Power Broker listings. Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine associate Sammy Dubose was also named a Top Retail Leasing Broker.
