03 May Coldwell Banker Caine Hosting Artist Reception Featuring Betsy Powell
Coldwell Banker Caine will host an artist reception exhibit opening for its next resident artist, Betsy Powell. The event will be held at the Main Street Real Estate Gallery at 428 South Main Street in Greenville on Tuesday, May 8, from 6 – 8 p.m. The reception is free to attend and open to the public.
The artist reception will serve to celebrate the week leading up to Greenville’s most anticipated arts festival, Artisphere. The featured artist, Betsy Powell, is a local Greenville artist who concentrates in painting. Her nature-inspired, impressionistic work has become widely popular throughout the Upstate. When asked to describe her style, Betsy says she gains inspiration from the outdoors. She is particularly intrigued by light and reflection, giving her paintings a loose and abstract feel.
Along with admiring Betsy’s work on display, guests are invited to enjoy refreshments.
