20 Jan Chase Poston Joins Coldwell Banker Caine in Greenville
Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Chase Poston as a residential agent to its Greenville office. As a Chapin native, Chase has always felt drawn to the Upstate. Just over three years ago, he packed up his belongings and moved to Greenville on a whim. Two months later, Chase met his wife and knew this would be his forever home.
As a child, Chase’s family was always scouting homes, which drew him to real estate at an early age. His experience in the service industry helped him realize how much he loves helping others, with exceptional service as his trademark. Being able to guide clients through what could be one of the biggest decisions in their life is something that Chase does not take lightly. Chase goes the extra mile to make sure that his clients feel relaxed and comfortable in an informed yet laid back manner.
Whether it be finding his clients the perfect home or participating in community outreach programs, Chase is always looking for ways to serve his community. When Chase moved to Greenville, he did not know anyone, but through his outreach and passion for building connections, he has made it his home.
