Carter Shaw Lowrance Joins Coldwell Banker Caine in Greenville

Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Carter Shaw Lowrance as a residential broker associate to its Greenville office. Carter returns to her hometown of Greenville after most recently working as a REALTOR® at Coldwell Banker in Salt Lake City, where she was recognized as Rookie of the Year in 2013 among numerous other accolades.

Carter attended Washington and Lee University for undergraduate education and Vanderbilt University for her law degree. While in law school, she focused her studies on real estate finance and development, and upon graduation she began working as a real estate attorney for a large firm in Nashville.

When her husband’s job moved them to Salt Lake City, Carter decided to transition into real estate sales with Coldwell Banker. Her background in real estate law provided her with invaluable knowledge and expertise and made her transition to becoming a REALTOR® a seamless one. Carter quickly became a top producer for the company, and she looks forward to transferring that experience to her Greenville clients and Coldwell Banker Caine.

Carter enjoys traveling, attending sporting events for her three sons, and spending time with her extended family and friends in the Greenville area. She is a community advocate, serving as a board member on the Metropolitan Arts Council and Christ Church Episcopal School Alumni Association, and on the Board of Advisors for the Natural History Museum of Utah.

“We are thrilled to have Carter come home to Greenville and bring her incredible skills set and knowledge base,” said Stephen Edgerton, President and CEO of Coldwell Banker Caine. “Her experience and intimate insight into real estate transactions will elevate the service she provides for her clients.”
