04 May Beatrice Huguenin Joins Coldwell Banker Caine in Spartanburg
Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Beatrice Huguenin to its Spartanburg office. A Swiss native, fluent in both French and English, Beatrice moved to the Upstate from Ocala, Florida just over a year ago. She has worked in the business aviation industry for many years as a consultant but missed the interpersonal relationships with clients developed when working more closely with private charter flights. Real estate presented the opportunity to form strong connections with clients and build her own business.
Beatrice and her family have relocated many times around Europe, the United States and the Caribbean and experienced first-hand how important it is to have a real estate professional by your side. This personal experience has played a direct role in the type of service she offers to her clients. Her main goal is to use her knowledge to eliminate all unnecessary stress throughout the transaction process.
In her spare time, Beatrice is happiest spending time with her family and horses. She loves cooking, especially when she can share it with others. In the past, she has volunteered for The Bahamas Sailing Association, helped with registration and scoring horse shows at Longwood Farm inOcala, and looks forward to getting involved in her daughter’s equestrian ventures here in the Upstate.
“We warmly welcome Beatrice to the Caine Family,” said Stephen Edgerton, President and CEO of Coldwell Banker Caine. “Her selflessness and love of community are strong assets to the Caine team.”
