Is your perfect summer evening spent outdoors sipping a cold drink and taking in some live music? In the Upstate, there are plenty of opportunities to get acquainted with the local music scene. With several events happening every week, no matter if you like rock, pop, blues, big band, or jazz, you’ll find something to enjoy!

 

WEDNESDAYS
For a happy hump day…

ScanSource Reedy River Concerts
Enjoy concerts from 7-9 pm every Wednesday in June, July, and August at the TD Stage at the Peace Center Amphitheatre. Free and family-friendly, food trucks and vendors are on-site each week.

Greenbrier Farms Weekly Porch Series
Drop in at the farm from 5-8 pm each week for live music. Admission is $12 for adults and $8 for kids 6-12 years old. Admission includes farm-to-table snacks and yard games. Beer and wine sold separately.

 

THURSDAYS
Spice up your Friday-eve with…

City of Spartanburg Music on Main
Enjoy great music and good times right on Morgan Square in downtown Spartanburg. This weekly concert series is held on Thursday evenings from 5:30 to 8:30 pm through July 26.

Piedmont Natural Gas Downtown Alive
Presented by Clemson MBA, kick off the weekend each Thursday night with live music at NOMA Square on Main Street in downtown Greenville from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. New for 2018, enjoy Bites + Beats on the first Thursday of every month with local food trucks.

Furman University Music by the Lake
If big band, jazz, and orchestral music is your preference, spend your Thursday evenings by the lake at Furman listening to the Lakeside Concert Band at twilight.

 

FRIDAYS
Start the weekend off right at…

Greenville Heritage Main Street Fridays
Presented by Pepsi, wind up the work week listening and dancing to musical entertainment on Main Street at NOMA Square from 5:30 to 9:30 pm. Plus, there’s a variety of inflatables for the kids!

Beachin’ Fridays in Mauldin
Grab your dancing shoes for evenings of shag dancing, food trucks, and craft beverages at the Mauldin Cultural Center’s outdoor amphitheater each Friday at 7 pm.

The City of Easley’s Music at the Market
Bring your blankets and chairs every Friday night from 7-10 pm for Easley’s Music at the Market concert series.

Friday Night Tunes in the Park in Greer
Listen to Tunes in the Park at the amphitheater in Greer City Park on Fridays from 7-10 pm thanks to the Greer Cultural Arts Council.

City of Travelers Rest Music in the Park
Take in beautiful views of Paris Mountain, and there’s plenty of room for the kids to play at Trailblazer Park amphitheater every Saturday during the summer. Pick up dinner at the food trucks starting at 6 pm and enjoy live music starting at 7 pm.
