14 Sep Upstate REALTORS® team up with Habitat for Humanity
In connection with the SC REALTORS ® “UnConference”, agents and brokers across the Upstate are teaming up with Habitat for Humanity to help at a build site in Greenville. The three-day opportunity at 311 O’Connor Ct. includes everything from putting siding on the house to installing shutters, interior doors and trim, insulating walls and painting.
The home is being built for Carolyn Pollard, an Upstate resident who has lived in Greenville for most of her life. At least one thing Carolyn has in common with the REALTORS ® helping build her home is that she understands what curb appeal is all about! One of the things she is most looking forward to is keeping up with the outside of her new home once it is completed. “The yard will be extremely important because that is what others will see prior to entering the home,” she said.
