As Greenville and Spartanburg continue to grow, revitalization is at every corner. Historic buildings are being renovated & new areas thriving. This summer and beyond, we will see store-fronts, breweries and more pop up around town. We’ve rounded up the most exciting Upstate Headlines from this week – take a look!

The revitalization of the Village of West Greenville has been primarily thanks to artists, a few restaurants, and some retail here and there. The nature of the Village, however, is shifting as nearly a dozen leases have been signed by retail tenants along Pendleton Street. Within the next month or so, we will see the Village transform even more than it already has.
