This Thursday and Friday, February 11 & 12 from 10 AM to 4 PM, Coldwell Banker Caine and Terranova Group are thrilled to host a two-day Open House for Realtors across the Upstate. Join us, alongside our sponsors at Park National Bank, to explore single-family homes and three-story townhomes located just steps from Downtown Spartanburg’s best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

These new construction opportunities include move-in ready homes as well as the ability to select from one of 12 homesites upon which to construct a custom home of choice. Our Realtor Preview will include tours of our completed single-family homes, drinks and snacks to safely enjoy, and the chance to enter to win an iPad and one of four $25 Amazon gift cards.

This weekend, join us Saturday, February 13 from 11 AM to 5 PM and Sunday, February 14 from 1 PM – 5 PM as we open our doors to the general public and those currently on the house hunt. Guests will have the chance to tour homes and register to win a pair of Apple Airpods. Plus, Realtors returning with a client will receive a second registration for our Realtor giveaway.
