Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Preston Marion as a residential sales agent to its Greenville office. Preston joins Coldwell Banker Caine with previous management experience in the farming industry. A Greenville native and Greenville High and Wofford graduate, Preston loves all corners of South Carolina.
Known as an avid outdoorsman, Preston grew up frequently visiting his family farm in Fountain Inn. His knowledge of land management and maintenance led him to pursue a real estate career. He enjoys connecting active buyers and sellers – particularly those looking for farms, recreational property, and acreage. Preston and his wife and children enjoy spending time on the water or in the woods camping.
