Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Katie Reid as a residential sales agent to its Greenville office. Katie joins Coldwell Banker Caine from another Upstate firm. Katie began her career in the non-profit industry, where she discovered her skills in multitasking and working with people. She decided to pursue a career in real estate, where she could impact her community by helping people find a safe and happy place to call home. Katie seeks to provide clarity through education and frequent communication, ensuring her clients feel confident by the time they are at the closing table.
Katie has lived in Greenville for the majority of her life. Growing up on the Eastside of town, she married her high school sweetheart after college and moved around from Denver to Charlotte until settling down in the Upstate five years ago. A local art guru, she enjoys supporting the Upstate’s art community and exploring all that Greenville has to offer. If she is not showing houses on a Saturday morning, you will often find Katie perusing the local produce at the downtown Farmer’s Market. Katie and her husband most enjoy spending time as a family with their toddler, Marshall, and their 95-pound lab, Jackson.
