Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Jennifer Winney to its Greenville office as a residential agent. Jennifer has lived in the Upstate her entire life and is a graduate of Greenville High School. She has enjoyed the thriving community seeing how the area has grown over the years.
Growing up, Jennifer was exposed to real estate through her family’s ownership of a subdivision at the lake along with several other properties. Building upon this early experience, she is excited to take her career to the next level at CB Caine.
When it comes to her clients, Jennifer strives to make everyone feel like they are her top priority. She loves the process of finding families the house that best serves their unique needs. Whether buyers or sellers, she works tirelessly so that they leave the closing table feeling confident in their decisions and recommend her to others.
Jennifer is passionate about spending time with her family, working out, and raising awareness about Endometriosis, a cause near and dear to her heart. She is passionate about her Peloton bike and even got a past client through connecting within the Peloton community. Jennifer also loves music and going to concerts whenever she can.
