Gretchen Frayseth joins Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine as a Property Administrator. Through her position within our Commercial Property Services team, Gretchen will support our property management team, clients, tenants, vendors, as well as our Caine facilities and staff.
Her most recent experience includes working on a team as a property administrator for a 450,000-square-foot office property in downtown Greenville. Prior to that role, Gretchen spent many years working in residential property management and the hospitality industry.
