Floyd Elliott Joins Coldwell Banker Caine in Spartanburg

Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Floyd Elliott as a residential sales agent to its Spartanburg office. Floyd joins Coldwell Banker Caine from another Upstate firm where he lives by the play on his name, “Go with the Flo!”

An obviously warm and laid-back realtor, Floyd brings a strong background of serious business sense to his work. His mission is to be honest and sincere with his clients. “I live by the mantra that knowledge is power, and respect is earned,” he says. Floyd’s experience prior to real estate ranges from a career in college athletics to restaurant ownership (the original Ricky’s Drive In) and financial advising.

He has been a real estate investor for nearly two decades and this interest bloomed into a full-time career in 2019. Floyd achieved a B.S. in Economics from Clemson University, as well as a Master’s in Business Education. He attends Boiling Springs First Baptist Church and in his spare time, enjoys boating and athletics with his wife and daughter.

“We love it when an agent joins our firm with so much vitality and zest for life,” said Stephen Edgerton, President and CEO of Coldwell Banker Caine. “Floyd brings that energy, combined with a serious understanding of our industry, that will serve his clients well.”
