Coldwell Banker Caine honored as Best Place to Work

BlackBoxAward

Coldwell Banker Caine has received a 2016 Leader Award for Best Place to Work, given annually by the editors and advisory board of Business Black Box magazine.

In his nomination of the company, real estate agent Jacob Mann wrote, “From the moment I decided to get my real estate license, I knew there was only one real estate company I needed to talk to – that was Coldwell Banker Caine.  Now for almost 15 years, my choice to remain at this amazing company has proven to be an excellent choice. The Halter family has been doing this 1933, and they have only continued on a daily and yearly basis to become nothing but the best! From the training on day one to becoming a top producer, I still know that the entire staff and company are always there for me.  This is not just to hang my real estate license, but this is a company that has become family!”

“I came to work at Coldwell Banker Caine in January 2013 having been in the real estate business for over 35 years,” wrote Jane McCutcheon. “When it was time to make a change, I would not have considered working anywhere else. Coldwell Banker Caine is a welcoming environment with great people. The leadership is invested in the company and the agents. They give us the tools we need to be successful. The staff is wonderful and very supportive. I give the company an A ++!”

Carrie Morris wrote, “At Coldwell Banker Caine, they recognize your talents and work closely with you to get you where you want to be.  They find your strengths, mentor you, train you, hone your skills and help you be even more successful. I started in an administrative position, then moved to property management.  Coldwell Banker Caine encouraged me to go to real estate school.  They want you to be successful, so they help you be the best you can be.”

“At Coldwell Banker Caine, we’re not just co-workers, but family! We have an amazing support staff and our leadership team provides us with excellent opportunities to grow our business. Eighty years of service and integrity still going strong,” wrote Alicia Waynick.

Christine Brodsky wrote, “It is hard to put into words what a unique environment Coldwell Banker Caine has. The genuine appreciation for everything you do no matter how small or large is incredible! I am truly thankful every day to have been given an opportunity to be a part of this very special family! Coldwell Banker Caine is a fabulous place to work!  It’s a place where you feel appreciated, respected and part of a large family. You are surrounded by positive, motivated, successful individuals that challenge you to be the same.”

President and Chief Executive Officer of Coldwell Banker Caine, Stephen Edgerton, represented the company for the special photo shoot and profile in Business Black Box: “It really cannot be underestimated how much emphasis we place on people. The real estate business is a business, at its core, about people… about how to effectively work with all kinds of people, during what is normally a stressful, but also joyous, transition in their lives. We take that very seriously, and as a result, I think, we have committed more resources, emphasis, and personal support to our agents and staff members, so that they have every tool available to be successful. Agent support is a major competitive advantage that sets Coldwell Banker Caine apart from the pack.”

“The Caine culture is about family, community, and caring,” said Brad Halter, chairman of Coldwell Banker Caine. “It’s a hallmark of working here, and is fuel for loving what we do, and how we serve families each day for 83 years and counting. But, the proof is in the pudding, as they say, and this award embodies the words and experiences of our own people. We can’t manufacture that. It comes from the heart of who we are as a company. This month, twenty-two of our agents will celebrate having spent twenty years of their professional lives with Coldwell Banker Caine. We are proof that the whole of who we are is greater that the sum of our parts.”
