18 Mar Coldwell Banker Caine Earned Multiple National Coldwell Banker Awards
Coldwell Banker Caine recently received the Coldwell BankerChairman’s Circle designation, awarded to the top 2% of Coldwell Banker offices worldwide. Coldwell Banker Caine’s Greenville office was named #1 Coldwell Banker Office in South Carolina, #1 office in the Southern Region for adjusted gross income by office size and received the Premier Office Award.

The #1 Office in South Carolina distinction is awarded to the top producing, independently owned and operated Coldwell Banker office in South Carolina for closed adjusted gross commission income. There are approximately 2,488 Coldwell Banker offices worldwide.
The Greenville office was awarded the #1 Office in the Southern Region for the office size of 51 to 100 sales associates based on closed adjusted gross commission income for independently owned and operated affiliated companies in the Coldwell Bankersystem in 2013.
The Premier Office award is the highest honor given to Coldwell Banker offices. Only 19 percent of all offices in the U.S. and Canada qualified for this distinction.
