Great Southern Homes, builder of GreenSmart homes, announced the opening of a new neighborhood in early January. Whispering Oaks is the third community of Great Southern Homes in the Upstate, with two more scheduled to open in 2016.  

Whispering Oaks, a maintenance-free townhome community, is located in Mauldin just five minutes from CU-ICAR and I-85. Each town home offers over 2,200 square feet priced in the $160,000’s.
