26 Jan Charlianne Nestlen Joins Coldwell Banker Caine in Spartanburg
Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Charlianne Nestlen to its Spartanburg office as a residential agent. Charlianne has lived in Spartanburg her entire life and believes the tight-knit community has given her many opportunities that she may have missed living elsewhere.
Charlianne attended the University of South Carolina Upstate where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Journalism. Upon graduation, she was introduced to real estate via a property management position and has since worked in several facets of the industry, including roles at Coldwell Banker Caine. After a season spending time with her children and serving the community in different ways, Charlianne has made her way back to Caine. One of her favorite things about real estate is helping families feel confident and empowered throughout the transaction process. She loves watching clients light up when they imagine all the possibilities that a new home has to offer.
One of the most important things to Charlianne is her family. She loves spending time with her husband and two sons. Much of her free time is spent seeking self-wellness, whether kayaking along the Pacolet River that runs beside her home or planning the next family getaway. Charlianne is a graduate of Leadership Spartanburg and works with the Spartanburg Young Professionals, an organization where she previously served as Chair.
