01 May Coldwell Banker Caine Presents Artist Bruce Plourde
Greenville, S.C. – May 2, 2011 – Coldwell Banker Caine will host an exhibit opening reception for its featured artist, Bruce Plourde. The event will be held at The Main Street Real Estate Gallery at 428 South Main Street in Greenville on Friday, May 13, from 5-7 p.m. The reception is free to attend and open to the public.
Plourde is known in the Upstate for utilizing the camera and computer to offer a compelling image for the architect or engineers’ “story.” Just as using a pencil does not make one a writer, Plourde does not consider himself a photographer but rather a storyteller using digital means to share that story. The artist’s work will be available for purchase during the reception and throughout its display. Coldwell Banker Caine will continue to feature original artwork for sale by Upstate artists at the Main Street Real Estate Gallery, with a new exhibit appearing each quarter.
