Coldwell Banker Caine Receives 5 Awards at Bridge Awards Gala

Coldwell Banker Caine agents and BLUE Division partners recently received two design and three individual awards from the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greenville during their 10th annual Bridge Awards Gala. The event celebrates individuals and companies for their impact on the housing industry through superior craftsmanship and excellence in sales and marketing.

“We’re proud to celebrate the builders and agents within our BLUE Division that continue to work hard for our community, providing exceptional service and demonstrating extraordinary skill in what they do,” said Stephen Edgerton, President and CEO of Coldwell Banker Caine. “Their commitment to their profession and serving the Upstate continues to achieve the highest recognition year after year. We could not be more honored to stand with them.”

BLUE Division partners at Great Southern Homes received the following awards: New Homes $350,000-$399,000 – Best Exterior of the Gardenia II model in Pendleton’s Piper Glen development; New Homes $400,000-$450,000 – Best Bath of the Bradley II model in Simpsonville’s Heritage Crossing development, the Dan Rawls Community Service Award and New Home Sales Agent of the Year award were presented to Norell Mitchell Grissett, and Anna Potere received New Home Sales Rookie of the Year. 

Individual Coldwell Banker Caine agents were also recognized for their production in new homes sales in 2023: Norell Mitchell Grissett and Cathy Pinion received The Million Dollar Circle Award in the $10M-$15M category; Anna Potere and Melissa Jones received The Million Dollar Circle Award in the $5M-$10M category; Laine Tucker received The Million Dollar Circle Award in the $1M-5M  category for her success with Great Southern Homes.

The HBA of Greenville was officially chartered as an affiliate of the National Association of Home Builders in 1960 and has since grown to include more than 500 members. Bridge Award recipients are chosen annually from the current membership.
