26 Apr Coldwell Banker Caine Receives 12 Awards at Bridge Awards Gala
Coldwell Banker Caine agents and BLUE Division partners recently received five team and seven individual awards from the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greenville during the 9th annual Bridge Awards Gala. The event celebrates individuals and companies for their impact on the housing industry through superior craftsmanship and excellence in sales and marketing.
“The builders and agents within our BLUE Division continue to offer the Upstate extraordinary skill and service,” said Stephen Edgerton, President and CEO of Coldwell Banker Caine. “Year after year, they achieve the highest recognition, which reflects their commitment to their profession and the community. We’re proud of their hard work and honored to stand with them.”
BLUE Division partners at Great Southern Homes received the following awards: New Homes Sales Team of the Year; New Homes Best Exterior ($300,000 -$400,000) for The Porter model in Piedmont’s Harvest Glen development; and 2022 Committee Chairwoman of the Year and 2022 Board Service Award were both presented to Norell Mitchell Grissett.
Additionally, BLUE Division partner LS Homes was awarded New Homes Best Kitchen ($400,000 -$500,000) for the Hamilton Townes Hudson Plan.
Individual Coldwell Banker Caine agents were also recognized for their production in new homes sales in 2022: Amanda Holmes and Cindy Bass Searfoss received the General Brokerage Million Dollar Circle Award in the $1M-$5M category; Norell Mitchell Grissett and Cathy Pinion received The Million Dollar Circle Award in the $15M-$20M category; Hunter Hurst and Tricia Bradbury received The Million Dollar Circle Award in the $10M-$15M category; Melissa Jones received The Million Dollar Circle Award in the $5M-$10M category for her success with Great Southern Homes.
The HBA of Greenville was officially chartered as an affiliate of the National Association of Home Builders in 1960 and has since grown to include more than 500 members. Bridge Award recipients are chosen annually from the current membership.
