21 Jul April Stewart Promoted to Agent Development Manager at Coldwell Banker Caine
Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed former residential agent, April Stewart, into her new role of Agent Development Manager. April provides exceptional service to agents, specifically through training and coaching, all with a focus on overall success. She is also a member of the broker team providing leadership and support for agents across Caine’s geographic footprint.
April has lived in the Upstate her entire life and loves the family feel of the community. She was first introduced to real estate when her late mother-in-law and Caine agent, Wanda Stewart, broke both of her arms and asked if she would help her organize her office. For six years, April served as Wanda’s assistant and developed a successful partnership and business from her experience. From there, she became an agent herself and received designations such as “Rising Star” and a spot in the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society.
In her spare time, April loves learning and reading. One of her favorite ways to give back to the community is through reading at the local elementary school and public library. When she isn’t reading, you’ll find her enjoying cheer competitions and traveling with her daughter. For half the year, she watches her son race at the Anderson Motor Speedway or Greenville Pickens Speedway.
“We are overjoyed to watch April transition to her new role at Caine,” said Stephen Edgerton, President and CEO of Coldwell Banker Caine. “Her knowledge of the industry and lovely personality are a strong asset to all agents, both new and experienced.”
