18 Apr Upstate Realtors Win Big at Great Southern Homes 100k Giveaway
Each quarter, Great Southern Homes hosts a 100k giveaway party, inviting buyers’ agents who have closed deals with Great Southern Homes throughout the quarter and giving away numerous prizes and cash drawings. As one of the largest home builders in South Carolina and a partner with Coldwell Banker Caine, Great Southern Homes offers new GreenSmart homes throughout the state.
Though the 100k giveaway is typically held in Columbia, this year, a Greenville party hosted by CB Caine provided an opportunity for Upstate co-brokes and GSH agents to gather as well.
The event was held at the Coldwell Banker Caine Main Street Real Estate Gallery on April 8. The simultaneous event in Columbia was broadcasted live, and attendees enjoyed food catered from Table 301. The highlight of the event were the incredible prizes won by Upstate agents – and the GSH prize wheel.
Patrick Toates, who sold a GSH home in February, was the biggest Greenville winner, taking home a $5,000 check. Susan Cohen also took home an exciting prize, a three-night trip to Litchfield Beach. Several other agents had the chance to spin the GSH prize wheel, receiving bonuses from $500 to $2,500 on their next GSH home sale. The bonuses received are in addition to their commission, and agents must be present at the event to win.
