Greenville BMW Supplier, Magna Seating, Opens $8 Million Expansion
Magna Seating has announced a $8M expansion to its Moore plant. 25,000 square feet will be added to the current facility to accommodate higher volumes of demand. The move will create 130 new jobs for workers in the area. This specific plant makes seats for BMW’s X models, which are produced just up the road in Greer.
Renderings Released for Proposed Greenville BB&T Apartments
The Beach Co. has released renderings for the proposed BB&T tower apartments in Greenville. The impressive images show a beautifully updated and modern apartment building. The new development will also include a grocery, townhomes, and houses across the street.
Spartanburg Northside Project Moves Forward With New Design
The second phase of a mixed-use project in Spartanburg’s Northside neighborhood will move forward. Spartanburg’s Design Review Board endorsed the new conceptual designs for the $10 million project. This project would bring additional commercial space, medical offices, and mixed-income housing to the area.
