Pure Barre expanding internationally– Spartanburg-based Pure Barre fitness franchise is scheduled to open a location in Toronto, Canada. The company received an investment from Catterton private equity firm in May that was to be used for expansion across the U.S. and internationally. ZF’s Gray Court expansion adding 545 jobs– ZF Transmissions is making a $22.5 million investment in an expansion of its automotive transmission manufacturing operations in Laurens County. The company has purchased a 150,000-square-foot building at Owings Industrial Park (.pdf) for new manufacturing and warehousing.
