30 Jun Tim Keaton Joins Coldwell Banker Caine in Greenville
Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Tim Keaton as a residential sales agent to its Greenville office. Tim joins Coldwell Banker Caine from another Upstate firm where he successfully served the area for five years.
A Greenville native, Tim has seen the region grow from a quaint southern town into the attractive place to live that it is today. “The combination of small towns and the city of Greenville as its main hub make our area such a desirable location for families and businesses,” he says. Tim enjoys working with individuals and families drawn to exploring new parts of the Upstate’s signature features: low cost of living, proximity to the mountains and coast, and the presence of four distinct seasons.
Prior to his career in real estate, Tim was a telecommunications professional working as a program and project manager for 24 years with Verizon. He applies his business sense and honed project management skills to each transaction, utilizing tools and technologies adeptly to help his clients reach their goals of buying and selling.
