Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Susan Huygen to its Greenville office as residential agent. Susan has lived in Greenville for over 20 years and believes that there is something here for everyone. From the budding restaurant scene to the endless number of outdoor activities, you will never run out of things to do.
After working with a realtor to sell her personal home, Susan fell in love with the home buying process and decided to become a realtor herself. When working with clients, Susan uses her diligence, care, honesty, and years of experience to build trust throughout the buying or selling process. Her goal is to make sure that her clients are well informed, confident in her representation, and most of all, satisfied with her service. Susan’s favorite part about real estate is meeting new people and building connections with her clients.
When not working, Susan enjoys spending time with her Pebble Creek Baptist church family where she sings with the praise team every Sunday.
