Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Stephanie Burger as a residential agent to its Greenville office. Joining Caine from another Upstate firm, Stephanie has received top Realtor® accolades, increasing her sales volume each year over her past five years in the industry. Ranking within the top 50 Realtors® in the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors® for 2018, Stephanie has sold over 250 homes in the Upstate and has achieved over $35,000,000 sold in career volume.
An Upstate resident for over 20 years, she puts her local knowledge to work, providing top of the line customer service to her clients. Known for her energy and tenacity, Stephanie works to keep a pulse on the ever-changing technology within the real estate market.
Along with her passion for real estate, Stephanie loves spending time with her two sons, Tyler and Blake, and her husband, Shayne. Stephanie enjoys reading, traveling and most of all being a cheerleader for her sons in their endeavors, including Tyler’s professional golf career.
