Exploring Easley:

Rich in history and bustling in growth, Easley has maintained its unique identity and small-town charm. Embracing its role as a bedroom community, many families choose Easley as their home to retreat to after a busy workday. Easley’s Main Street showcases many family owned businesses that have thrived for many years. Situated near Greenville and Clemson, Easley offers more affordable housing options from newly constructed custom homes to old farmhouses. Those looking for a more rural feel with the convenience of Downtown Greenville and Pickens County Lakes, should venture out to Easley.

“For several years we were seeing newly developed subdivisions at a stand-still. Building has resumed and there has been an influx of national builders such as Mungo, Legendary Homes, and Dan Ryan Builders throughout the Easley area.”- CB Caine Agent, Lori Brock
