09 Mar Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine Welcomes Wiley North
Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine recently welcomed Wiley North as a commercial sales associate in the Spartanburg office.
Prior to his sales associate role, Wiley supported a team of wealth managers at UBS Financial Services for two summers in his hometown of Wilmington, NC. He graduated from Wofford College with a degree in finance. As a new associate on the Spartanburg team, Wiley is actively pursuing the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation and is a member of the Spartanburg Young Professionals.
Wiley volunteers with Troop 1, a unit of the Palmetto Council of the Boy Scouts of America, using many skills he learned while becoming an Eagle Scout. He also enjoys reading, researching business trends, exercising, and spending time with his fiancé, Alex.
