Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Chris Byrd as a residential sales agent to its Spartanburg office. Chris joins Coldwell Banker Caine having previously worked at another Upstate firm and thrives in the business by putting his clients first.
Prior to his career in real estate, Chris accumulated a vast portfolio of work experience specializing in marketing leadership—including holding positions in marketing at Milliken and Co., leadership and international growth at Upward Sports, and President of Byrds Eye View, LLC. Chris’s past work experience has allowed him to strategically navigate buyers and sellers through the transaction process with ease. Providing the right amount of guidance and support, Chris has been exceeding his client’s real estate expectations and goals since 2012.
