Last spring, Chris Hayes, principal of The Hayes Agency, launched a partnership with Coldwell Banker Caine. Caine Hayes Insurance recently celebrated one year of business as the in-house insurance provider for Caine agents, staff, and clients.
In June of 2015, Caine Hayes Insurance hired Sales Manager Patrick Reid to manage referrals from Coldwell Banker Caine realtors, adding to an already impressive 98 percent retention average for the firm. “Our partners at Coldwell Banker Caine help their clients to purchase a home, we can provide the insurance, and together we are able to provide holistic service as a result,” Reid said.
Chris Hayes has more than 15 years of experience in the field and leads the effort to provide superior proposals to Coldwell Banker Caine clients more than 85 percent of the time. Since its inception, more than 50 percent of the Coldwell Banker Caine agent population has used the in-house services. “We love working with our partners at Coldwell Banker Caine and their innovative solutions to providing above-and-beyond service to clients. Being part of that culture and community has been huge for our business,” said Hayes.
