Brendan Williamson recently joined Coldwell Banker Caine as a residential sales agent in its Greenville office. Prior to Coldwell Banker Caine, Brendan was an agent at another upstate firm. Brendan attributes his real estate success to fostering quality relationships both inside and out of the workplace.
Brendan has an extensive background in the music industry and founded his own music event company, Williamson Events, prior to his real estate career. He is an accomplished jazz pianist and mentor to budding musicians. As a Greenville Native, Brendan has had a front seat watching Greenville grow to become a sought-after destination for people to call home. Combined passions for entrepreneurship, creativity, and helping others have paved the road to his success.
