29 May Bob Schmidt and Associates Join Coldwell Banker Caine in Greenville
Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Bob Schmidt, Melissa Hurst Coleman, and Will Mangle as a residential sales team to its Greenville office. Joining Caine with over 10 years of experience with another Upstate firm, Bob and his team have received numerous top producer awards for the past six years.
Bob’s previous career of 30 years in pharmaceutical sales granted him the technical experience and management skills to excel in the world of real estate. Before joining Bob’s team, Melissa started a career in insurance. Now as a third generation Realtor®, whose father and step mother work at Caine, she has truly found her passion in the real estate industry. Will began his real estate career in new home construction. His grasp on the home building and buying process assists him in his role of helping clients make their next move.
All three members of Bob Schmidt and Associates have lived in the Upstate for many years. Their knowledge of the area and commitment to the community help them guide their clients throughout the buying or selling journey. Their business runs on clear communication, education, honesty, and organization. In his free time, Bob loves spending time with his family and mentoring younger Realtors® like Melissa and Will. Melissa enjoys taking group fitness classes and soaking up the sun on Lake Keowee. Will also enjoys family time, especially with his newborn daughter, Zuri.
